Giurisprudenza Antitrust Milanese is the result of a synergy between the Academia (the Universities of Milan and Ferrara) and the Courts of Milan (First Instance and Appeal), made possible through the scientific and financial contribution of the Jean Monnet Chair “Qui a peur de l’Europe?” led by Professor Massimo Condinanzi.
The main goal is to offer a continuously updated database of the antitrust judgments handed down by the Milan Courts, which – pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 3/2017 – together with those of Rome and Naples are the only ones having jurisdiction for private enforcement actions in Italy. The database covers the decisions adopted from January 1st 2013 and, at the moment, it gathers only final judgments and no interim orders.
